Whisk the eggs, cream and spices together in a bowl.
Add in the tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
Heat oil in a large pan (roughly the size of your paratha) on medium low and add in the egg mixture once properly heated. Cover and let cook until almost set.
Once the egg is almost cooked, place the paratha on top and flip over. I like to place a large plate on it and flip the pan over it so it makes it easier to flip all in one piece, without the fear of breaking.
Add the cheese and whatever fillings you would like (bacon, avocado, veggies,) and turn both sides onto the filling, like you would do to a wrap.
Add some additional oil or butter if you would like and let the wrap crisp up. Flip and crisp up the other side as well.
